Axion Cleaning LLC is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for our clients.
Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed via Zelle within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Non-Refundable Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

No-shows or inability to access the service location at the scheduled time are also considered non-refundable.
