Changes to Services
Axion Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduling option or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Service Terms: Waiting Policy
Axion Cleaning values your time. If our team arrives at the scheduled time and has to wait to start the service, a surcharge will apply:

30-minute waiting time: 10% extra on the total service cost.

More than 30 minutes waiting time: 15% extra on the total service cost.
User Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate service location details and ensure that our cleaning staff have safe and accessible working conditions.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a customer's behavior is abusive, unsafe, or in violation of our policies and procedures.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Axion Cleaning LLC and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
